Launching a takeaway and delivery food service.
The Glen Mhor Hotel and Apartments closed its doors to guests and accommodated only Key Workers during lockdown. But that didn’t mean their community didn’t still require a local takeaway and delivery food service.
By utilising our sister company Hop Software’s click and collect feature ‘Hop Shop’, the hotel was able to continue to sell their food and drink services online, and offer the choice of safe and convenient collection or delivery from their onsite restaurant, The Waterside.
We promoted this service by launching a multi-channel digital marketing campaign, targeted to a 6-mile radius of the hotel via PPC, paid and organic social media campaigns, email marketing and website development.
